1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

Refund calculations are processed based on the exact time of written cancellation notice received prior to your scheduled tour start date:

2. Free Date Rescheduling Policy

- If your travel plans change due to unforeseen reasons, you can request a Free Date Rescheduling up to 5 days prior to your tour date.
- Your deposit will be transferred 100% towards your new travel dates (subject to hotel room availability during peak season).

3. Weather & Natural Calamity Disruptions

- In case of heavy rainfall, landslides, or official forest closures (e.g. Borra Caves / Katiki Waterfalls entry restriction), Ivanzi Holidays will provide alternative sightseeing destinations or reschedule your trip at zero extra fee.

4. Payment Terms & ID Requirement

- Advance booking deposit of 30% is required to lock in your hill resort stay and private AC vehicle.
- The remaining 70% balance is payable upon arrival in Visakhapatnam on Day 1.
- Every guest must present a valid Govt Photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License) at hotel check-in.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

- In case of extreme weather, landslides, or government-mandated closures in hill stations (Araku Valley, Lambasingi, Vanjangi, Maredumilli), Ivanzi Holidays will arrange alternative sightseeing itineraries or reschedule dates subject to availability.
